Our Services entail all types of applications in terms of the WESTERN CAPE LIQUOR ACT, 4 of 2008 as amended by the Western Cape Liquor Amendment Act, 10 of 2010
We specialize in Liquor Licence Applications in terms of the new Western Cape Liquor Act and can assist you with your applications in the following ways:
– Applications for a new Liquor Licence – section 36(1)
– a licence for the micro-manufacture and sale of liquor for consumption both on and off the premises where the liquor is sold;
– a licence for the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises where the liquor is sold;
– a licence for the sale of liquor for consumption off the premises where the liquor is sold;
– in exceptional circumstances, a licence for the sale of liquor for consumption both on and off the premises where the liquor is sold;
– Applications to amend the conditions of a licence in terms of – section 49(6)
– Application for a financial interest in the business to which the licence relates – section 51(2)
– Application for a temporary licence in terms of – Section 48(1)
– Application for a special events licence in terms of –Section 48(4)
– Applications for alterations of the licensed premises, – section 53(1)(a)
– The change of the nature of the business – section 53(1)(b)
– To conduct business under the licence on premises on which any other business, trade or occupation is carried on or pursued in terms of section – section 53(1)(c)
– Application to store liquor (additional storage) – section 57(1)

 -A licensee to be able to let the licence to another person, allow another person to carry on business in terms of the licence – section 51(7)

– Application for the extension of trading hours – section 6 City of Cape Town Bylaws
18:00 – 20:00, 02:00 – 04:00, Sunday Trading.
– Application for the transfer of a licence in terms of sections – 65(1) and 65 (3)
– Application for the removal of a liquor licence in terms of – section 66(2)
– All additional applications in terms of the Liquor Act.
This office is also assisted by a proper plan drawer, as well as a Town planner for ant Rezoning applications.
We do not bill clients for Consultations, only for the applications we submit.
We will only charge for consultations if you need our assistance without regarding your own or a different consultant or Attorney.
