Standard licence conditions
49(6 ) The Presiding Officer may at any time after the issue of a licence under section 46, upon application by the licensee or any other interested party, by a notice delivered or tendered to the licensee concerned –
(b ) suspend, revoke or amend any condition or declaration imposed or made by him or her or the Liquor Licensing Tribunal.
